The Medical Assistant / Triage – Dermatology role is onsite in Englewood, CO. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour, based on experience and proficiency. The role supports the Centennial General Dermatology department at Advanced Dermatology, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; some Saturdays may be required. The role primarily handles triage and pathology-related patient communications and administrative tasks, with medical-assistant support as needed. It helps coordinate patient follow-up and clinic workflows while supporting dermatology care.

What you'll do

• Answer and return patient calls about triage and pathology results
• process prior authorizations and refill requests
• communicate with doctors about patient care
• schedule appointments and communicate results
• perform suture removals and wound checks
• maintain pathology logs
• enter MIPS data
• prepare exam rooms
• assist with tests, biopsies, surgeries, and injections
• complete documentation
• and clean and restock rooms and equipment.

Why this role

A high school diploma or GED is required. A medical assistant or certified nursing assistant diploma and at least one year of patient-care experience are preferred. Some Saturdays may be required, and travel to other office locations may be required.
