House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required This is an onsite position in Lithonia, GA. The salary is $44,768.00 per person per year, with approximately $168,000 total compensation per couple including free housing, meals, and utilities. Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this role, couples will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and support for approximately 8-13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment to support their academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
