What you'll do

• Assist guests with new and existing reservations
• follow reservation procedures and communicate resort policies
• provide personalized service and anticipate guest needs
• check guests in and out
• provide accurate checkout billing
• make local recommendations
• answer calls and emails
• assist with booking golf, spa, and dining amenities
• manage correspondence and sales leads
• attend departmental meetings and training
• assist other departments with reservation questions and requests
• maintain a clean workstation
• resolve guest complaints and support guest satisfaction.
