What you'll do

• Originate compliant mortgage loans, focusing on LMI and majority-minority census tracts
• advise customers on suitable mortgage products
• gather application information for analysis, disclosure, and underwriting
• monitor loan pipelines and coordinate with borrowers, processors, title companies, realtors, and attorneys
• comply with regulations and bank policies
• manage referrals
• build community partnerships
• attend and report on community development events
• conduct financial wellness and homebuyer education workshops
• coordinate and staff community events in Caddo and Bossier Parishes.
