What you'll do

• Assist with daily facility operation and maintenance
• inspect areas and respond to work orders
• support preventive and corrective maintenance
• help organize laboratory workspaces and equipment schedules
• monitor facility systems and report abnormal conditions
• assist with utility monitoring and equipment troubleshooting
• maintain maintenance records
• support SOP compliance, audits, and vendor coordination.
