What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and follow the established production schedule
• maintain food and equipment inventories
• use, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment and work areas
• stock and rotate products
• prepare menu items to guest requests and company standards
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• monitor food temperatures
• communicate deficiencies and safety or equipment problems to the Manager on Duty and coworkers.
