What you'll do

• Maintain and repair facilities, buildings, and equipment
• troubleshoot heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, evaporative cooling, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance systems
• repair locks, doors, flooring, roofing, concrete, drywall, and painted surfaces
• inspect properties and identify needed repairs
• maintain records
• operate and repair tools and equipment
• travel between sites as needed.
