What you'll do

• Prepare complex mechanical and piping estimates for site studies, bids, and negotiated proposals
• summarize material, equipment, labor, subcontract, and other costs
• compare system options and support value engineering
• evaluate sequencing, installation, productivity, and schedule needs
• develop bidder lists and scopes of work
• analyze bids and support trade partner selection
• incorporate logistics and site constraints
• review project documents with operations, engineering, and field leadership
• identify scope gaps and estimate assumptions
• manage assigned scope financial records and mentor team members.

Why this role
