Onsite Counselor

What you'll do

• Provide confidential short-term counseling, brief drop-in consultations, and scheduled sessions
• assess employee concerns and offer support, resources, and referrals
• respond to distress or crisis situations
• maintain clinical documentation
• promote service awareness
• collaborate with organizational contacts while maintaining confidentiality
• consult on workplace wellness and behavioral health concerns
• follow ethical, legal, licensing, confidentiality, and privacy requirements.
