What you'll do
- Perform routine building and equipment maintenance and repairs
- monitor contractor renovation and replacement projects
- maintain HVAC, refrigerators, boilers, washers, dryers, and other equipment under supervision
- participate in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete, and masonry work
- inspect and document fire-control equipment and sprinkler systems
- maintain facility safety logs
- coordinate and document monthly fire drills
- inspect grounds and cut grass and trim as needed.
