Principal Account Executive - Commercial

Job overview

The Principal Account Executive - Commercial is a remote-eligible role based in Trenton, NJ, with up to 25% travel. The base salary range is $105,000 to $130,000 per year, with an OTE of $210,000 to $260,000, supporting the Commercial sales team. This role exists to drive new business by identifying and closing complex deals with commercial accounts. The executive uses a consultative, value-based approach to help prospects solve talent acquisition challenges using the iCIMS Talent Cloud platform.

• Research target accounts

• lead the entire sales process including RFP/RFI and contract negotiation
• achieve sales quotas.
