Senior Project Architect, Hospitality and Gaming

The Senior Project Architect role is onsite in Cleveland, OH, with compensation of $105,000 per year. What you'll do

• Lead design strategy and creative direction across gaming, hospitality, entertainment, retail, and commercial projects
• develop concepts, space plans, renderings, and presentations
• maintain design standards
• use AI and visualization tools
• collaborate with external architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and internal teams
• support consultant selection, contractor bidding, planning, budgeting, procurement, and feasibility reviews
• attend construction meetings and conduct site visits and inspections as needed.

Why this role

Requires 10 or more years of progressive experience in relevant design environments, experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams, and a record of leading projects from concept through completion. Expert-level AutoCAD and advanced 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization skills are required. A relevant master’s degree and hospitality, gaming, restaurant, bar, casino, hotel, or entertainment venue design experience are preferred.
