• perform deep-foundation pile quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam
• coordinate bidding procedures and alternatives with project executives
• serve as a general-contractor contact through award
• maintain client, contractor, and supplier relationships
• monitor risks and compliance with job-site and company standards.
