What you'll do

• Review business opportunities with the Estimating Manager and determine estimating personnel needs
• request bid bonds
• ensure subcontractor support and proposal information are prepared
• review estimates and bid documents before submission
• develop project scheduling plans with Project Managers
• oversee proposal schedules when required
• assist with change-order estimates
• coordinate estimating, scheduling, and project management teams
• manage projects from pursuit decision through contract award.
