Executive Sous Chef

What you'll do

• Support the Executive Chef in daily culinary operations
• lead, train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
• oversee food production, presentation, and service
• manage production planning, purchasing, inventory, food costs, and labor efficiency
• assist with menu development and recipes
• maintain food safety and sanitation
• support high-volume service, catered events, and special functions.
