What you'll do

• Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
• source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, workforce partnerships, and community outreach
• maintain candidate pipelines and applicant records in HRIS and ATS systems
• communicate with applicants
• participate in recruitment events and job fairs
• assist with recruitment marketing, reports, pre-employment checks, and process documentation
• maintain confidentiality.
