What you'll do

• Assist with food purchasing and preparation
• wash and sanitize dishes and utensils
• maintain dish inventory
• prepare portions and approved menus to meet CACFP, sanitation, and nutrition requirements
• distribute meals and snacks to classrooms
• prepare food for socializations and special meetings
• remove kitchen garbage
• follow Head Cook directions and assume Head Cook duties on a rotating basis when assigned.
