What you'll do

• Oversee total facility performance and metrics for the bottling and distribution facility
• develop and retain leaders through mentoring and development
• manage facility profit-and-loss and customer-satisfaction performance
• champion safety and quality programs
• build relationships with plant leaders and corporate teams
• coordinate with logistics and tankering groups on resources and materials
• plan and schedule production with the scheduling team
• support continuous excellence and Total Performance Management
• ensure regulatory and company-policy compliance
• maintain local community stakeholder relationships.

Why this role

Requires 10 or more years of manufacturing experience, including at least three years as a factory manager leading a team of leaders and employees. Consumer products experience is required; food or beverage experience is preferred.
