The provider supports the individual's daily living skills, medical needs, and community integration to help them lead a life of independence and growth.

What you'll do

• Support daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and cleaning
• assist with medication administration and medical appointments
• provide transportation
• maintain documentation
• provide behavioral and physical support as needed.
