What you'll do

• Handle employment litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies
• represent employers in discrimination, leave, wage and hour, non-compete, and contract matters
• advise on employment and HR issues and legal compliance
• draft and review policies, handbooks, and agreements
• conduct workplace investigations
• develop and deliver compliance training
• collaborate with clients and attorneys across the national employment practice.
