It combines hands-on circuit and board design with team leadership, project planning, and coordination across hardware, firmware, systems, and product teams.

What you'll do

• Own PCB development from concept through production
• design RF, analog, digital, and power circuits
• lead schematic capture and PCB layout reviews
• optimize board stack-up
• maintain symbols and footprints
• improve development workflows
• lead vendor design-for-manufacturing reviews
• support board bring-up and debugging
• manage and mentor hardware engineers
• plan programs, staffing, schedules, milestones, and cross-functional reviews.
