The work spans corporate governance, healthcare regulation, contracting, privacy, employment, and AI governance.

What you'll do

• Advise on corporate governance, board matters, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts
• lead corporate practice of medicine analysis
• support payer and value-based care contracting and disputes
• manage outside counsel
• advise on healthcare fraud and abuse, state licensure, telehealth, privacy, employment, insurance, and intellectual property
• develop contracting, regulatory tracking, and AI governance processes.
