Using a Housing First approach, the specialist helps unsheltered guests move into and sustain permanent housing. Housing navigation, placement, and follow-up stabilization services support participants’ housing goals and the department’s outreach work.

• Organize document collection

• support emergency street outreach during extreme weather as needed.
