What you'll do

• Assist with baking and preparing cakes to production specifications
• operate ovens and bakery equipment safely
• package, label, and prepare finished products for distribution
• inspect products for quality and accuracy
• handle ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products
• follow food-safety, sanitation, and production procedures
• maintain a clean production area
• work with team members toward daily production and packaging goals.
