What you'll do

• Oversee affordable housing community operations across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio
• lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams
• ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and applicable regulations
• drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and NOI growth
• review budgets, financial reports, capital projects, and operating expenses
• conduct property inspections, audits, and site visits
• partner with leadership on operational performance
• assist with recruiting, training, and performance management.
