• Develop order-management frameworks and decision structures
• create and maintain project templates and RAID logs
• establish portfolio dashboards
• manage planned baselines against actual performance
• lead and mentor Customer Order Project Managers
• set customer communication practices
• prepare reports for the VP of Operations and Senior Leadership Team
• conduct governance reviews
• monitor productivity and manufacturing lead times
• collaborate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams.
