The Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works onsite in North Adams, MA, with evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. RN pay is $38.00–$47.97 per hour; LPN pay is $35.00–$39.04 per hour. North Adams Commons Nursing & Rehab provides rehabilitation, skilled nursing, long-term care, respite, and hospice services. The nurse delivers basic nursing care, prioritizes and implements nursing actions based on patient needs, and documents care to support residents’ recovery and ongoing care.
