What you'll do

• Own a territory plan and visit pediatric practices, diagnosing providers, psychology and psychiatry groups, hospitals, and schools on a consistent weekly schedule
• host lunch-and-learns and explain services, intake, and family experience
• coordinate weekly with the intake team and update referring providers
• log provider touchpoints and pipeline stages in the CRM and report weekly to the Director of Operations
• represent Galaxy ABA at autism resource fairs and community events
• follow referral compliance policies, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Virginia law.
