What you'll do

• Own category strategy, should-cost models, supply-base design, and multi-year plans
• lead sourcing events, including RFPs over $100K
• negotiate commercial, technical, and delivery terms
• manage supplier relationships, performance reviews, and escalations
• develop supply assurance and risk-mitigation plans
• partner with engineering, finance, and operations
• manage contract and purchase-order approval routing
• drive category KPIs and supplier consolidation
• mentor sourcing specialists and lead cross-functional initiatives.
