Asset Move Project Manager II — Relocation

Job overview

The Asset Move Project Manager II role is onsite in Monterey Park, CA, with annual compensation of $140,000–$160,000. The position manages furniture, fixtures, equipment, and relocation work for new, renovated, and swing-space projects. The project manager coordinates scope, budgets, procurement, schedules, installation, and moves with college project directors, architects, contractors, vendors, and building user groups. The work supports functional occupancy of new and renovated buildings and completion of assigned project closeouts.

What you'll do

• Manage FF&E programming, specifications, procurement coordination, budgets, scheduling, installation, and closeout
• coordinate move scope, bids, budgets, and schedules
• work with project directors, architects, contractors, and building user groups
• assess reuse and relocation of existing furniture and equipment
• coordinate IT equipment, deliveries, installers, movers, access, asset tagging, documentation, and project status reporting.
