Property Management Trainee

Job overview

The Property Management Trainee role is onsite in Coeur d’Alene, ID, for a 3–6 month training program. Pay starts at $25 per hour, based on experience and location. The trainee supports Axis Residential’s active adult communities for residents aged 55 and older. Through structured training and hands-on work with onsite property teams, the trainee develops property operations, leasing, and leadership skills. The program contributes to resident engagement, community operations, and resident experiences; successful completion leads to assignment to an available full-time position within the portfolio, with relocation required.

• Gain hands-on exposure to resident engagement and retention, resident events and culture, sales and leasing, operations management, outreach marketing, and financial reporting and analysis
