What you'll do

• Keep plates, cups, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, bus tubs, storage containers, and lids clean and stocked
• communicate and work with team members
• follow safety and sanitation practices
• use equipment properly and minimize product loss and breakage
• maintain the dishroom and equipment
• assist with restaurant organization and cleanliness
• complete housekeeping and side work
• attend scheduled employee meetings.
