Housekeeper – Senior Living

The Housekeeper – Senior Living role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL. Compensation is $15 per hour. At Camellia at Deerwood, the housekeeping team helps maintain a supportive senior living community and resident well-being. The role keeps resident rooms and shared spaces clean, sanitary, and safe, while following established procedures and infection-control practices. Housekeepers also report resident concerns and safety or maintenance issues to supervisors so the community can respond appropriately.

What you'll do

• Clean common spaces and resident rooms
• dust, vacuum, spot-clean carpets and upholstery, and clean and sanitize bathrooms
• replenish dispensers
• maintain labeled chemicals and stocked carts while securing chemicals from residents
• collect and empty trash
• follow cleaning and infection-control procedures
• report resident concerns, safety hazards, and maintenance needs
• participate in staff meetings and educational programs.
