What you'll do
- Welcome members and guests, assist with seating, reservations, wait times, and dining inquiries, escort guests to tables, and coordinate with service, culinary, and other teams.
- Answer phones, support reservations and seating flow, recognize members and their preferences, and maintain an organized, welcoming greeter area.
