What you'll do

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis
• maintain prepaid schedules and fixed asset records
• prepare financial reports and variance analyses
• track facility and regional performance trends and metrics
• communicate insights to Area Directors and facility leaders
• support the Controller with special projects and ad hoc reporting.
