What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• help residents transfer, reposition, and ambulate safely
• take and record vital signs
• document care and changes in residents’ conditions in electronic health records
• report concerns to nursing staff
• assist with feeding and meals and provide companionship
• follow infection-control protocols
• collaborate with healthcare professionals.
