What you'll do
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and basic nursing care under RN supervision
- observe and promptly report changes in condition or behavior
- take and record vital signs and other measurements
- obtain delegated finger-stick blood glucose readings where permitted
- assist with meals, elimination, ambulation, transfers, and treatment procedures
- document care in the medical record
- maintain a safe and clean environment
- participate in quality improvement.
