What you'll do

• Clean floors, carpets, restrooms, elevators, laundry rooms, and common areas
• empty waste and recycling and clean trash chutes and bins
• perform minor building repairs and maintenance
• assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries
• maintain grounds, mow, remove snow, and pick up trash
• use cleaning tools and motorized equipment
• manage supplies and inventory
• complete work records
• assist with emergency calls and inspection readiness.
