What you'll do

• Lead integration of financial and operational data into Power BI dashboards
• oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
• direct executive reporting tools and communicate actionable insights
• monitor financial and operational metrics
• partner with business leaders on performance management
• optimize dashboards and KPIs
• lead forecasting and long-term planning
• mentor FP&A and data analytics teams and promote data-driven decision-making.
