Development Manager

Job overview

The Development Manager role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, and reports to the CEO. Compensation is $70,000–$75,000 per year. The Singletons supports single-parent families facing cancer with practical assistance and community programs. The Development Manager builds philanthropic support by cultivating donors, developing corporate and foundation partnerships, and executing fundraising campaigns. Working with the CEO and Board of Directors, the role strengthens fundraising systems and helps expand the organization’s support for families across Arizona.

What you'll do

• Support execution of a comprehensive fundraising strategy and track performance, donor engagement, and pipeline activity
• manage donor and prospect relationships and stewardship
• partner with the CEO and Board on major gift cultivation and solicitations
• develop corporate and foundation partnerships and secure event sponsorships
• execute annual giving initiatives, including year-end campaigns, Giving Tuesday, and the Arizona Tax Credit campaign
• support donor retention through communication and storytelling.
