What you'll do

• Assess training needs using evaluation data, performance trends, and staff observations
• participate in certification programs related to child welfare and safety
• interpret regulatory requirements for training

• design and facilitate skill-based learning
• observe, evaluate, and coach participants
• deliver onboarding and ongoing development sessions
• provide train-the-trainer sessions on soft skills and supervisory competencies
• use formative assessments to measure progress.
