Maintenance Technician II — Second Shift

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician II role is onsite at a chemical production plant in Forest View, IL, near Midway Airport; pay is $28–$32 per hour. The position supports manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems in a chemical production environment.

What you'll do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems
• perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process control systems
• maintain process piping and rotating equipment
• document work in the CMMS
• support equipment installation and reliability improvements
• follow safety procedures.
