Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA. The salary range is $80,000–$90,000 per year. MANNA provides medically tailored meals and nutrition education to people with serious illnesses who need nourishment to heal. The manager owns accounting operations and supports financial reporting, compliance, tax and payroll oversight, and budget planning. The role partners with the CFO and leadership, supervises medical billing operations, and coordinates accounting, audit, insurance, and risk-management activities.

What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts
• maintain journals and internal controls
• complete period-end closes and prepare interim financial reports
• coordinate annual budget preparation
• coordinate annual financial audits and tax work
• oversee medical billing operations and staff
• coordinate insurance renewals and maintain policies
• provide secondary payroll support and prepare state compliance returns.
