Clinic Manager

What you'll do

• Direct daily site operations, including readiness, room and schedule coordination, patient flow, and service-disruption escalation
• coordinate with providers, nursing leadership, the call center, and patient service staff
• support registration, telehealth, laboratory coordination, specialty services, and follow-up workflows
• supervise assigned staff
• respond to patient concerns and service recovery needs
• monitor access, staffing, patient experience, and throughput
• maintain operational records and support audits and corrective actions
• coordinate with facilities and other departments
• participate in cross-site projects and workflow changes.
