What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
• assist with ingredient preparation and labeling
• maintain workstation cleanliness and organization
• follow food safety and sanitation requirements
• rotate products using FIFO
• assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• support timely service and banquet and catering functions
• communicate shortages, equipment issues, and quality concerns.
