The Electrical Construction Project Manager — Federal role is onsite in Renton, WA. The salary range is $115,000–$180,000 annually, with an opportunity for a discretionary year-end bonus. EC Electric’s project teams deliver electrical construction projects with attention to safety, quality, customer service, and financial performance. The project manager leads multiple concurrent projects from planning through execution, coordinating schedules, staffing, budgets, contracts, procurement, and customer communication. The role also mentors project managers and assistant project managers and helps ensure projects meet financial, quality, and safety objectives.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple concurrent construction projects and financial targets
• complete pre-job tasks and review contract content
• develop and communicate project execution plans
• plan schedules, staffing, and resources
• incorporate safety and quality into project execution
• manage contracts, claims, and disputes
• coordinate estimates, procurement, and turnover
• mentor project managers and assistant project managers
• maintain customer relationships
• manage project documentation, forecasts, cash flow, and schedules
• coordinate owner and general contractor meetings.
