Customer Success Specialist — Physical Security

Job overview

The Customer Success Specialist role is onsite in Washington, DC, five days per week. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 per year, and the position is eligible for MBO and commission. The role supports Hanwha Vision America’s customer experience center and regional sales team for video surveillance and security products. The specialist maintains and demonstrates products at the Hanwha Innovation and Technology Experience Center, supports technical pre-sales work, and helps customers and sales teams evaluate solutions. Product demonstrations, training, and specification support contribute to customer understanding and sales opportunities.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update products at the HITE
• demonstrate and present video products to integrators, consultants, engineers, and end users
• administer and program the experience center
• support regional pre-sales work
• provide training and sales presentations
• review system tools, device managers, specifications, and RFPs
• prepare competitor crossover bills of materials
• submit weekly sales activity reports
• support customers and dealers in the field or at their locations.
