Compensation is $2 per hour. The Home Health Nurse (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) role is onsite in Blue Rapids, KS, with day hours Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. ; the posting describes a $2-per-hour differential for applicable night and weekend shifts. Pediatric Home Service helps medically complex children thrive at home, school, and in their communities. The nurse provides skilled, one-on-one care to a 33-year-old client with a tracheostomy and G-tube. The role monitors the patient, administers prescribed care, documents services, and supports the family while following the individualized care plan.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• assess and monitor the patient and communicate changes to the care team
• administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• provide tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• maintain accurate documentation
• educate and support the family
• follow the care plan and maintain a safe environment.
