What you'll do

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and participate in maintenance and repairs
• plan and assign tasks
• communicate with department heads and respond to maintenance requests
• train and develop team members
• oversee maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, and repair schedules
• maintain pool and related equipment and ensure pool testing at least three times daily
• coordinate vendors and projects
• order supplies and parts
• maintain guest rooms, public spaces, exterior areas, and building systems to standards
• assist with meeting-room and event setups as needed
• maintain HVAC preventive maintenance
• keep organized records, logs, inspections, and work orders
• inform management of maintenance issues, capital needs, and safety concerns
• ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and regulations.
