What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing operations across multiple sites

• coordinate supply chain and S&OP
• maintain ERP discipline
• lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives
• ensure safety, quality, and compliance
• develop operations leaders
• manage operational P&L, labor efficiency, overhead, scrap, and material utilization.
